Patricia's Story
After 30 plus years of working for the State of California and living all over the State from Sacramento, to Mendocino County, Grass Valley, and San Bernardino, and Fresno then back to Sacramento as an Administrator, Analyst and Aviation Consultant I finally retired in 2003!
I have been married twice. My first marriage was (in retrospect) very short lived. I remarried in 2002 after being single/divorced for over 25 years.
I met my current husband through the Executive Airport Aero Club after I took up flying when I turned 40. What started as a new hobby turned into a new career......Expand for more
at least for awhile. My husband besides being a pilot is a professional musician and still a guitar instructor at a private studio in Loomis, CA as of Aug 2016 with about 5 more years before he can fully retire.
My husband and I moved from Sacramento to Grass Valley in 2004. We bought a house that became a money pit as we tried to update EVERYTHING from its construction in 1978. In 2011 we sold the Grass Valley home along with all the headaches of trying to keep up with the maintenance and repairs and moved into the Del Webb retirement (55+) community in Lincoln CA.
