Patricia's Story
Workplace
Worked for Psy Services for Law Enforcement and BAR Psychological group from 1990-96. Left for Internship 93-94, then had my first baby in 94, shortly after graduation. Went back to work for Psy Services to finish my Post Doctoral year. After I received my license in 96, we moved to FLA and then GA, where I have engaged in private practice, both full and part time. Worked for Ga Regional Hospital in fornesic unit 1 st year in GA, until new practice was established. I am Red Cross certified for disaster response and am on the Disaster Response Team for the Georgia Psychological Association (we've done work for 9/11, Katrina displa...Expand for more
ced families, housefires, plane crashes, etc). I work with Iraq/Afgan war vets and their families, as well as a general population.
Personal Life:
Have 2 wonderful kids with my husband, Patrick. We have been married for 17 years and like to sail, camp, canoe and go beachcombing. He and the girls like to fish while I birdwatch or read beside them. My kids are very active. They participate in Tae Kwon Do, church chior, violin, guitar, Girl Scouts and softball.
My husband is a police officer turned special education teacher. He is head of the department at a Title I school in Dekalb, GA. We both have a strong belief in public service.
