Patrick's Story
Attended U of MD College Park (Computer Science and Agriculture), then on to Johns Hopkins for MS and post grad at MIT and Washington U (St. Louis). Focused on Computer Security in GOVT, Industry and non-profit roles with specialty in International and Coalition Interoperability. Lived in Boston and St Louis, then 6 years at NATO in Brussels as US National Cyber Security Expert/Representative. Love travel, esp. Europe, with exotic advetures to: Uzbekistan, Baltics, Republic of Georgia, Croatia, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii <esp. when work is paying>. Served on the Takoma Park MD Food Co-op Board of Directors, Montgomery County MD Agriculture Advisory Committee, and Signature and Synetic Theatres advisory boards in Arlington VA. Have 16 acre farm near Leesburg, VA, and a place in DC. Moved back to Europe in 2016 for NATO cyber security project in The Hague Netherlands (after 15 years back in DC area). Love the bike commuting in NL and the close proximity to European travel.
