Patrick's Story
School
I think it was Mr Levine was a big influence also our geometry teacher, forgot her name but she used to give her lectures using the now rarely use overhead transparency projector. Most embarrasing moment was when I tried to do a kung foo move in front of the gym, while trying a kick my legs got tied up and I landed horizontal, almost went unconscious. Craziest was when the whole senior class teepeed the school, somebody stole the cow statue from the local dairy store and put it on the roof of the girls lockerroom. We had to clean it up the next day.

oping one of a kind optical fiber sensors. have 8 US patents. Moved on to lasers for surgery and developing special optical scalpels. Had to witness animal testing, definitley distressing, couldn't stand it had get out. Went into modeling and simulation of aircraft and EO/IR scene generation. That was fun, used a lot of physics, lab and computer work. Worked for a year on the James Webb Space Telescope specification and requirements development. Now working in San Diego developing modeling and simulation and systems architectures for unmanned aircraft. Most fun yet. Wish I could give ya the tour.
