Patsy's Story
After high school my family moved to Arkansas where I attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. I married, had 2 little girls and stayed in Arkansas for 13 years. The girls and I moved back to Virginia. I've lived in Virginia for most of the remaining 25 years except for a couple years in Baltimore,MD and a few months in Florida. I worked for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs as a National Cemetery Director, a job I really enjoyed. My dad and grandfather were veterans and I have much respect for those who protect our country. work back in Culpeper VA as my children, grandchildren and mother live in the area. I am an independant insurance agent selling long term care insurance for Genworth Financial. It is an interesting job - no two days are alike and I get to meet lots of nice people and work from home. I have 3 grown children, 4 grandchildren, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a fish. I spend most of my time working my insurance business, but when I'm not working I like to spend time with my grandchildren or just relaxing.
I would love to hear from classmates from any of the high schools I attended, Culpeper HS, Big Spring HS in TX or Lufkin, TX (we moved alot as my dad was in the military).
