Patsy's Story
Life
After I graduated for LHS, I moved to Atlanta, went to school, got a job, lived there for 4 yrs, back to LaGrange, and married Freddie Crews (LHS '64). We will be married for 36 yrs this August. Fred was in the Army for 20 years, so we moved around a bit!! GA, Washington DC, Hawaii, GA, Kansas, NC, VA, GA, and finally landed in Melbourne, FL. We have two grown children, Fred (33) Married (Marci) no children yet, living in Miami, and Ginny (30) married (Rob), 2 beautiful grand daughters and 1 handsome grandson (Payton [5] & Madison[3]and Eathan 8 weeks) living in Oviedo FL, on the out skirts of Orlando. ary for me and March for Fred. What as wonderful new life style. With a new grandchild to play with it is good to have more time to do what we want and like. Life is full and wonderful, who can ask for more.
Workplace
I have worked for the last 17 year at Harris Corportation, with about 5 of those years, working with General Electric, on a joint venture for Harris and GE. I have progress up through the rates as a secretary and at the present time I work for one of the Vice Presidents of Programs in our division. As of February 2005 I have retired and now truely enjoying life doing exactly what I want to to do everyday. I hope everyone gets to enjoy this freedom if they have not already joined the ranks of retirement, then very soon.
