My Pets
Bichons. MyKey and Geoffy. A kitty named Joey. About as bright as a doorstop, but beautiful. Paul Mc Ca'tney was the one... great cat. Died. <sniff>
My Kids
Mike is handsome... looks a lot like his dad, Tony Andreyka. He's 39 and is married to Lori and they gave me two grandkids. Well, they lend them to me, they won't let me keep them. Ryan is 13 and Cassie is 7.
Jennifer is beautiful and 36 and was married to Jonas (a guy she met in Munich) and she's following her mom's footsteps by going to college "late" in life. An amazing artist, she's going to go to Dental School.
I teach at the University of Arizona... Psychology classes; Death & Loss, Love & Spirituality, Human Sexuality, Religion & Spirituality. I'm a grief and crisis counselor in private practice, and I work with Tucson's Survivors of Homicide as their support group facilitator. Cheery, huh?
That's the cleaned up version. How a pretty little girl with such a sweet face (1964) got in as much trouble as she did through her twenties and thirties is beyond me, but she did... I did. Inbetween ...Expand for more
those photos is alcoholism (*and 25 years of recovery), a 140 pound weight loss, (there was obviously a huge weight gain, too, huh?) two divorces and three marriages (the third to the second husband (who I still don't live with) bankruptcy, horrible relationships and lots of hard inner work.
School
Biggest crush? Neil Porter! (how I met his wonderful sister, Cheryl). I went out with Neil once. We went to Bob's Big Boy. I cut into that wedge of iceburg lettuce and it popped off my plate into my lap. I thought I'd die. The date was over that moment and if he ever called again (I have no idea) I know I didn't answer the phone.
Tony Kelley (ey? y?) What mystifies me is why I told him off (and I think I slapped him?) at our 10-year reunion. It's amazing what a lot of alcohol and ten years of resentment (he'd swatted my butt in the hallway at school and I was offended) can produce. I'm not the slapping kind. And I'm sure he had absolutely no clue who I was or what I was telling him off about. Alcohol! (see bio)
