Paul's Story
Life
Happily married to Angelina Higgins 20 years,I have two daughters, Ashley 20, Kimberly 17 (started late because of 4 years flying for the Navy in the Vietnam era and 5 years of graduate training), & live in Marietta, Ohio. The oldest is in her sophmore year of college at Ohio State University and wants to be a nurse practitioner someday. The younger daughter is a junior in high school, and definitely "the brains" of the family.
I graduated from Florida State University in 1968, went into the Naval Flight program, got an MA in Experimental Psychology at Florida Atlantic University in 1975, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in 1978.

eturned to private practice full-time and do a lot of neuropsychological and disability evaluations. Have done a lot of treatment of brain injury with assessment by QEEG and treatment with EEG Neurofeedback.
Being in private practice again means long hours,often seven days a week, and it reminds me that I am not 20 anymore, but it takes many hours a week to make a business successful.
Hobbies are computers, reading, history of the Civil War and America in the 19th Century, walking/hiking. My home keeps me busy with many new remodeling and repair projects. I have done a lot of remodeling, have started in the last year or so building furniture for the house. My woodshop is my main hobby now, though since being in practice I hae much less time for it.
We have a"spoiled" dog- female- a black lab named Miya, 3 years old and 90 pounds after spaying.
We are enjoying our lives in this sleepy tourist town along the Ohio River.
