Paul C.'s Story
Life
Paul is Director of Corporate News and Web Services at Boeing World Headquarters in Chicago. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and publishing of Boeing News Now and Boeing Frontiers magazine under the direction of Anne Toulouse, Vice President Internal Communications. Paul is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he completed a dual major in journalism and English. He also finished several courses towards his MBA at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He is a licensed private pilot and first soloed at age 16. He also has solo helicopter time, though no rating. Paul has in excess of 580 sport parachute jumps, accumulating hours of freefall time and six reserve parachute rides in the process. His previous career included 15 years at prestigious Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine, where he progressed thorough positions including Business Flying Editor, Air Transport Editor, Hong Kong Bureau Chief and Northwest (U.S.) Bureau Chief. Prior to that he was managing editor for Professional Pilot magazine and served as Director of Publications for the U.S. Parachute Assn. Paul lives outside Chicago, IL., with his wife Tammy and daughter Katie Lai Ping Proctor.
