Paul's Story
I stayed out a year after graduating from GGHS and worked at odd jobs in the construction industry. I realized that it wasn't my forte and went back to school, first graduating from Fullerton Junior College and then, in Sept of 1970, I graduated from Cal-State Fullerton with a BA in English. My parents and single siblings moved back to Kansas in 1974 and I've lived there since.
I have been a member of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite since January of 1982 and I was married on 28 September of 1986 to Grace I. Koehn and we have 4 children - 3 sons and 1 daughter. The eldest is 21 years old this year and will be married in July of 2008.

am on four gardening forums and a co-moderator of one of them. I am 60 but people often guess my age as being 8-10 years younger: not because I look that good but, I think, I possess that certain lack of maturity and gravitas that some expect from someone that old ;-)!
There is still a distressing tendency to try to out-talk or at least drown-out others' conversations but it's more reined-in than in high school :-). I liked high school and enjoyed being with my classmates but I wouldn't exchange my present life for the one in high school.
Certain-Teed was my workplace for 32 years but I now work at a religious tract distribution office and have been there for about 1-1/2 years. Letters are answered and tracts sent off to, at last count, 97 countries.
