Paul's Story
I graduated from DeAnza in 1963, spent one year at California Western University in San Diego, and then 3 years at California State University at Chico where I graduated with a degree in engineering. I worked in San Francisco, then Washington DC, and, since 1975, in the Chicago area. I received an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. I am married (second marriage for both of us) and we have 5 children from our first marriages and 9 grandchildren between us. We have two children and their families in the Chicago area, one in San Diego, one in Kansas City, and one in Jupiter FL. We live in a high rise condo in downtown Chicago from which I walk to my office. We have a second home and a boat in Bay Harbor, MI where we spend a lot of the summer.
