Paul's Story

Life Life after MDHS started with working for a living. After being a factory guy for a couple of years, I headed west to search out my dream. Arriving in Calgary, I planted myself there for about 8 months, working at a variety of jobs. I moved back home to Mitchell, and took a rest before returning to the workforce. Then it was on to Toronto to attend technical school. A year or so later, I felt Calgary calling again, and moved back west. I reconnected with an old flame, worked for a bit, returned to tech school, got married and settled down to raise a family. Life went on, with all its daily routines, and after a pretty steady lifestyle, and a huge life change, I found myself single again wondering what life had in store for me next. Single life brought me closer to God as I drew to Him for strength & peace. God was good to me during this time, helping me meet new people and providing healing for a broken heart. Early in 2006, He brought me a new life mate and I remarried in the fall. Deb has been a huge blessing to me in so many ways. College Where would someone who was a "techi" type end up after high school. Well, after a number of years in the workforce, I headed of to DeVry Institute of Technology. After a year in the Electronics Technology course, it was time to take to the open road and go to Calgary. I settled in, trying different jobs. Again, the lure of technology brought me to the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Broadcast Technology course. This was more my thing.....lots of cool au...Expand for more
dio & video gear, and the possibility of working with all the wild personalities in the broadcast field. Fate had other ideas, and I found my way into audio/ visual. So I came full circle back to one of my favourite activities from high school. Not to become labelled solely in this field, I have branched into the high-tech, high-touch world of internet commerce.
