"Those of you from my latter years at BG may remember me as a Spanish wiz kid.. Not so when I arrived at university, as I found myself in classes with native speakers of the language. Needless to say, I managed to graduate on the Dean's List and complete my major in Spanish with minors in Education and English Lit. 40 yr career as a secondary special education teacher. Along the way, I have immersed my self in a number of artistic pursuits, the most notable being furniture design and construction, and metal arts and jewelry design, as well as having pursued and amassed a substantial Art Deco collection. Now retired from teaching since '09, my time has been spent designing and implementing a serious 12 year landscape design on my property, the final phase (yeah right) to be completed this ('21) summer season. I have a few sculptures in mind waiting to become manifest and want to accomplish as much as I can while I am able. I have never been one to remain idle, and yes, winters in CNY can be quite the challenge in that regard."
