Paul's Story
Happily living in Wyoming... Been here since 1982. Visit MA sometimes. I do love the wild west. moved west in 1972 and stayed and worked here in the west. Lived and worked in MA, ME, MD, AZ, CO, IA, NE, WY, MA, NY, WY all on environmental projects as assigned or bid from USEPA and engineering firms. Once in WY I stayed as this was the base. From here I worked projects in MA, NY, CO

rk; treatment at a variety of plants. E.g., IN NYC was the assistant to correct major plant problem at one of the many treatment plants in NYC. The system that was designed and operated by myself and the lead engineer was the first that NYC had ever seen. Through our actions the city avoided the fines as required by the State if New York. The engineer designed the system while I wrote and prepared the operational services required.
I was also hired to write the manual for the biosolids section of the Massachusetts Water Resources Administration wastewater plant.
