Paul's Story
Life
After graduating from Brookville High School in 1963, I attended the Lynchburg Branch of UVA and finished with a BA in history from Lynchburg College in 1968. I taught 6th grade in Saginaw, MI (1968-69), then went to Viginia Tech to work on a MA in history, which I received in 1972. 972 and 1977, including a second year at the Univesity of Bonn (1974-75). After receiving my PhD, I taught one year at WVU, then taught at Union University (TN), Trinity College (IL), Liberty U., and have been at Belhaven College (MS) since 1993. I am married with 2 daughters. I have published 6 books and numerous articles in journals, encyclopedias, anthologies, etc. I enjoy hearing from "ghosts" from the past.
