Paula's Story

Life I am a utility regulatory attorney for Alliant Energy Corporate Services, Inc., largely representing Interstate Power & Light Company in Iowa. It is my dream job, and truly a career I feel privileged to have! I am divorced and re-married. I have a gorgeous and incredibly smart daughter (Anna, 1999) from my first marriage, and a son, Alan, born February 29, 2008 (...Expand for more
leap year baby!), and named for my father who passed away in 2006. My husband and I were married April 15, 2005. Dear hubby, John Biggs, hails from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. We met during one of his trips to the US, and he decided to immigrate after we discovered American Airlines was making far too much money off of us. That's life so far!
