Peggy's Story
Life
I went to North Texas right out of high school on scholarship..It took me three years of having fun, but I finally flunked out..Went home, got a job, bought a car, met a sailor in downtown Dallas & married him..We have been married 45 years, have six children & 21 grandchildren...I did go back to college when the last one was in high school..Received my degree from Dallas Baptist University with a decent grade point ...Expand for more
average and managed to even get some graduate hours in..Married to a sailor, I got to live in Jacksonville, FL & Corpus Christi, TX..My husband was called to the ministry a few years after the navy and we have lived in Missouri, Pennsylvania and West Virginia where he has pastored churches..After the children left home, we went to Australia and pastor there for about five years..We now live in the country in Ellis County..
