Pete's Story
What can I say? After graduation I moved away to Southern California. I tried to keep in touch with a few of you (and you know who you are) but eventually lost touch with most everyone; that is except Travis and Teri Wylie.
I spent the better part of 20 years in and around San Diego. I tried JC right after arriving in San Diego but tore up my knee on the football team and the studies eventually lost interest. After that I worked in restaurant management and played baseball(amateur and semi-pro). The pro thing didn't work out but I still played ball up until a couple of years ago (not much opportunity in the WET Northwest).

eri, they grilled me on the road from Vidor to Houston about going back to school. It took me a couple of years but I finally decided to get my degree and went to college. Initially I began as a Biology major but fell in love with the Chemistry I was being taught and so ended up majoring in Biochemistry. I obtained my degree in fall 2002 and have been working in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology field ever since.
In 2007 I moved from SC (and all my family, friends, and baseball)to the Pacific Northwest. It's still taking some time to get used to. I really like this area but it gets a little lonely at times (trips back to see family and friends have been sporadic at best).
Anyway...that about sums it up. Hope it's not too boring.
