Life After I graduated from T.H.S.,I attended college in South Carolina, only to be cut short by the discovery of a brain tumor, which I had removed in 1984. Then I moved to San Antonio, Tx. where I manged a flower shop for twelve years and now I presently reside in Florida. I am glad that I moved here because it gave me the once in a lifetime chance of going on a pilgimage to France back in 2002- Having no one to speak French to in so many years, I was wondering if I'd be able to manage in Paris. I guess the thirteen years of French that I studied paid off. It all came flooding back to me. Since then, I basically stay at home and volunteer my time at my church. At present, I still have not found Miss right so my days as a single person allow me time to do just about anything I want to. While in High school , In one of my English classes , I became quite fond of Maya Angelou. She has inspired me with her poems,books and poetry. I always wanted to be a translator for the United Nations when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were absolutely sure of my life as a professional student. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Mr. Toman, because he Instilled in me the lust for learning foreign languages. If I won $100 million, I'd give Half of it to The rest of my family, then spend the rest on a candy apple red porsche , and go on the longest train trip and be happy.
