Peter's Story
Life
Kristi and I live on a farm in southern Wisconsin, near Argyle (pop. 830). We have three kids still living at home. Small town life has it moments - its a nice town and has a great community feel to it - reminiscent of the way Deerfield was growing up. We raise organic beef (hairy-horned Scottish Highlands) and raise llamas and alpacas for fiber. Chickens and ducks race in the yard with the dogs. Its very hilly set in the oak savannah. We have a fantastic vantage point for the sunrise, sunset and a huge vault of heaven at night. We do love visitors and have hosted some rather giant parties.

won't have to commute so far any more.
I've had many careers so far (in order) from VISTA volunteer, law student, tribal prosecutor (Quinault Indian nation, WA), USAF JAG attorney, legal writing teacher, Information Technology guy - and now - farmer of sorts to boot. I played rugby for 20 years and coached for about 15 years. Am trying to get some rugby interest going in Argyle.
Look forward to practicing law again, preferably in Argyle and devoting time to writing and art.
In the meantime there are cattle, chickens, horses, dogs, cats, a turtle, a rabbit, ducks, llamas, alpaca and children to feed and take care of - so that keeps me out of most trouble. We have a website for our business, the Argyle Fiber Mill.
