Peter's Story

Life Alive and 76 years young, living on Long Island. Lived in Milford CT most of my adult life, lost my wife Rita of 36 years to cancer, met a wonderful widow here on the Island, re married and happy. My three sons are still living in CT, all married and doing well. Retired from job of 35 years as an outside salesman for an industrial lubricant company, found I missed working, so I'm now on the road here in the NY Metro area for a school bus parts company and enjoying it.Finally retired...Expand for more
in 2012. Still enjoy music, play guitar, classical, blues, country, good ol 50's R&R, and bluegrass banjo. Recently studying Renaissance Lute. Singing with the Long Island Choral Society, but really miss the Fairfield County Chorale with whom I sang for close to 30 years. Susan and I enjoy time together, bicycle riding, walking, and travel. Now retired [2015] freelancing as a lecturer concerning musical history. What else can I say---sometimes life really begins in the middle ages!
