Peter's Story
Almost an empty nester! Woo hoo!
I'm in the IT department at Compassion International ( compassion.com ) in Colorado Springs. Moved here 9 years ago after living in Vienna, Austria for 10 years while I was singing professionally full-time.
Now, my "day job" is in IT, but I still sing professionally all the time as my job allows. Recent engagements: Beethoven's 9th Symphony, Orff's Carmina Burana and Bizet's Carmen. Upcoming engagements: Carmina Burana in Colorado Springs ...Expand for more
in September, and also at UC Santa Cruz in November; Aaron Copland's Old American Songs with Colorado Springs Philharmonic; Puccini's Gianni Schicchi next month at Colorado College's Vocal Arts Symposium.
Married LeAnna Parodi (formerly Larsen) in 1986 and we have three wonderful kids: Paul (21), Elise (19) and Shawn Harrison <"Harry"> (17).
Can't wait to see everyone from the great Class of '78 at our 30-year reunion (my first) this October in Monterey!
