working for Rogue Regional Medical Center. DJ DADDIO is long time Rogue Valley musician Phil (g daddio) Cox. Phil is currently guitarist/vocalist for the classic rock and blues band "THE SPIRAL KINGS". THE SPIRAL KINGS On MySpace Phil began performing at the early age of 13 while residing in northern California. In addition to filling in on drums for his dad's jazz band, Phil started his first rock band and performed at middle school dances playing the guitar and singing vocals. Phil moved to Medford Oregon in 1970 with his parents and in no time he was hooked up with local musicians and performing at High School dances in and around southern Oregon. In 1975, Phil's local southern Oregon band, AROSA, performed as opening acts for KISS, LESLIE WEST, HARVEY MANDEL and STATUS QUO. In 1978, Phil and his wife Melissa moved to Portland Oregon with Phil's new band, "HIP POCKET". Phil played the Portland club circuit for over ten years with various bands before returning to southern Oregon in 1990.".
