Life
Even though I had no intention of making a career out of the military I spent 20 years in the Air Force before retiring here in Florida in 1988. I still keep in contact with some of my old military buddies.
I have lived here for about 23 years now and enjoy the small town life. I also enjoy the fact that there is a whole lot less traffic here than there now is in Canton!!! BUT if there are many more Hurricanes or Hurricane seasons like the past two or three then I may just have to join ya'll in your traffic battles!!!!! I don't think I can handle much more stuff like that!!!
My wife, Lane Wilbanks, of almost 30 years, and I divorced in 2003 and remain good friends. We just...Expand for more
found out that we that we make much better friends than we did husband and wife..at least for the last few years anyway.
I have spent most of the past 6 years trying to reconnect with old friends and classmates, as most of you know, and would love to hear from any of you out there. ESPECIALLY in light of the fact of the recent losses of so many of our former friends and classmates.
I remain single now and am into movies, computer games, going to malls and Walmart, walking and watching TV.
BTW in High School my nickname was "Birdman". Want to know how or why I got that name and who first gave it to me? Most of you know THAT person. Then you'll just have to contact me. LOL
