Bis vivit qui bene vivit . . . After high school and college, I was accepted into U.S. Navy flight training at Pensacola, Florida. I successfully compete the aircraft carrier jet Aviator program and received my wings and commission and went on to fly F-4 B/J carrier based fighter-bombers during all that fun known as the Vietnam years. After 8-years of the Navy and North Vietnamese trying to kill me, I resigned my commission and got out alive. I then went to work in securities especially junk and derivatives and non-SEC registered securities. I went from that fearsome adventure to real estate development.
