I'm 57 last September (2016), living in Connecticut, working in Manhattan, 30 years married (to Deborah Lambert, late of Wausau WI, Plymouth NC, Western Springs IL), two kids, 20 and 25, a son-in-law, a granddaughter, and many cats!

In 2001, I sought treatment for depression and anxiety, and have responded extremely well to medication -- my life is full of joy, that the burdens of dark days and fears have been lifted from my shoulders! (Sorry 'bout the language, but it's been _that_ different after than before.) In 2015, I (almost accidentally) went off of medication for several weeks, and discovered that I no longer need it; all is not roses, but it has done its job.
Family, job, apartment, two cars... a life that many people would think was boring but brings me delight.
