Life
Married Butch Keepers in May 1994. Ian Alexander was born May 22, 1995, Andrew Nicholas was born October 20, 1997, and Alison Marie was born September 13, 2000. I worked for Consolidated Freightways from October 17, 1990, until September 2, 2002, when they called to tell me that they were filing for bankruptcy and I didn't have a job! I decided to go back to school to become a Medical Assistant, and chose to go to ConCorde Career Institute. I started on November 20, 2002, and recently finished my 180-hour externship at Legacy Clinic Good Samaritan Hospital in Northwest Portland. I am now currently looking for something in the medical field, and although I'm trying to stay positive about the whole "job hunting" thing, it can be frustrating when you still ...Expand for more

Workplace
Worked at Consolidated Freightways from October 17, 1990, to September 2, 2002. After being laid off, I attended Concorde Career Institute from November 2002 thru October 2003, being trained as a Certified Medical Assistant. Upon completion of school, I finally gained employment at Harvest Homes, Inc, working as a Medication Aide and Caregiver in their Special Care Unit, helping to take care of up to 20 Alzheimer's Residents. I worked there for about 1 1/2 years, and although I love working in the medical field, it simply did not pay enough. I am now currently in my first week of training at a company called Encompass TeleServices, Inc, learning how to do Customer Service work for T-Mobile.
