Phyllis's Story
Hey all. Phyllis here. I graduated from UCM, or CMSU to us old folk, in 1984. I got my bacholor's degree in Social Work. I would have gotten my master's but UCM does not have a master's program in Social Work. BOO! I.was lucky enough, in my opinion, to get a state job right in Warrensburg. I worked 32 years in Social Work, 30 of it in the same job. I loved 28 years of it. The last two years was extremely awful due to the worst management team I had ever worked with.

ill live in Warrensburg and am gratefully enjoying retirement. I've come a long way from where and who I was at my young 19 year old self. For the most part I hope for the better.
I was married for 7 years and divorced in 1996. I don't regret it because I have my son, my best accomplishment of my life.
I have had health problems all my adult life but with the Lord's blessing I am still here. I started my adult life here in Warrensburg and I'll probably end it here too.
