My biggest crush in St. Patrick's was Joseph Rose. The only teacher I really liked was Eleanor Lewandowski, and Sister Benitti, as far as the rest you could drop them in the middle of the ocean for all I care. I wish my family would have taken me out of the school before they did. For the most part St. Patrick's was a horrible experience. The nun's were mean & cruel, as I reflect back on those years. I know I wasn't the brightest student, but the nun's didn't really want to spend any time getting you on the right track. 3PM came, and all they wanted to do was send you on your way. I think Sister Joel, and Sister Modesto were perhaps the worst od the nuns. They had no problem hitting you, or embarassing you. These women were supposed to have our best interest at heart. that they were bipolar, and sexually frustrated, as I look back. Wiould I do it all again? Hell no! Go through torment again? Why? I did make a few friends, but they came later in live, such as Andrew Amendt and Ronnie Smedberg. Both whom I dated as I got older. Then there were the twins Tom and his brother that I hung around with. They would come to my grandmother's after school, and we would do things together. The rest of the time at St. Patrick's was a nightmare. I was so grateful to my grandparent's for transferring me out when I was in the 8th grade, so that I could spend a few years in public school. That was fun. Again, the nuns were not what I called a happy time. I did however enjoyed the carnival's they had in the summer. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Bye for now.
