Prudence's Story
Life
After high school.. in 1967, at the young age of 19, I married, my husband was stationed at Griffiss AFB, when I met him. We had two sons, Peter, 39 and Scott, 32 Peter is married to Alice and they have two children now 16 and 12. Scott is single but with a girlfriend. Both sons have earned their Masters Degrees and work in the IT field.
We traveled overseas during my husband's tours of duty. I have lived in Spain and Germany as well as traveled to France, Belgium, Austria, Luxenburg, and Holland. We retired from the AF and lived in Boonville, NY. After I was widowed I moved to FL, then in 1998 I moved back home to Rome. I wanted to spend time with my ailing mother during her last years of life, and I was able to... I moved back and have not been sorry since.. well maybe when the snow is knee high.. I think of the Florida beaches... but.. :0)....

I am a nurse for 22 years now.. and work in a chemical dependency program near here for the last 4 years. Prior to that I worked as a nurse in Rome, then Utica, Florida, back to Utica then finally to where I am now.. Working in health care is very rewarding ...
I love my family and friends. I enjoy gardening, fleamarkets and antiquing. I collect dolls, read, make jewelry, crochet and studying for my field to keep up with new material and learn... knowledge is power. I love music.... the oldies but goodies and Christian music, esp the station K-LOVE... I still dance when I can.. I like the theory.. Dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening, love like you have never been hurt before.. and live each day like it were your last.
If we were friends in school, I would love to hear from you... it would be nice to hear how your life has been..
