Pug's Story
Workplace
I've been a photojournalist since my college years at the
University of Wisconsin. In the interim, I've been a news
reporter/photographer in Green bay, Dayton, Ohio and finally at KARE-TV, an NBC station in Minneapolis.
Ocassionaly I lecture on college campuses and invariably I'm asked, "who is the most famous person" I've interviewed
or "what is...Expand for more
your favorite story of all those that you've done"?
I have a pat response and it's always this: I rarely tell the
story of famous people. I find special joy in discovering folks like those from my youth in the Coleman, Wisconsin
area who are unique and have something very special to share
with the viewing public.
I guess that makes me a pretty lucky guy.
