Rachel's Story
Life
I can't believe how long we have been out of school already! I am just living life to the fullest..I am married to a wonderful man and have two crazy dogs( a mastiff, and a toy fox terrier). I have been married for two years now, no kids yet..but can't wait to have a family. My husband is a full time firefighter and I am a account executive insurance manager...we try to take off as much time as possible to experience life.
We love to hang out with friends, work on the house/yard, play with the dogs, camp, and go to the movies..nothing to exciting. Ashley Adler (now wainscott) and I have still remained best friends after all these years...we have always made sure that we have lived close to one another...best friends are hard to find! I would love to hear from anyone so feel free to drop me an email sometime!
School
All I can really say is that I really enjoyed school. I have to fondest memories in jr. high as having the biggest crush on Mike Thomas. I remember at the school dance when I tried to kiss him and he turned his head..and everyone including teachers made fun of me saying I bit his nose! I can remember the fun times in mrs. Talouse's class(spanish) with Chris Sarvela..those were some great times. I ...Expand for more
will never forget the cheerleaders in high school who were such a great group of friends...we had some great times..especially at camp with the sponge!!! I can remember having the biggest crush on Brandon Irons...what an idiot I was ! I guess it's all about living and learning..but I still wouldn't change it for the world.
Workplace
When I first graduated I had no hopes of going to college, however about 6 months later I ended up going to central washington university to study in the paramedic program. Then when I was back on summer break I started selling cars and never went back. I sold at Auburn vw for about three years then advanced to BMW Seattle for two more years...the business was great , but unfortunately you end up working so much you have no life. So I decided to get out and start a new career in the insurance industry. I now an an account executive for a company in Seattle. I basically go around to different company's and give presentation's on Benefits to employees and sign them up for programs...I am really enjoying it...although some of you know that I wanted to be a mortician..I do regret not going to school for forensics now that CSI is on(one of my favorite shows!). Who knows...maybe later.
