Rachel's Story
Life
My life is pretty great! I have a MS in Education, a BS in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. I’m not currently working in a classroom and doubt I ever will. I don’t do politics and refuse to teach to a test, so I wouldn’t make it in today’s schools. I'm married to a wonderful man named Steven. We have four beautiful children. and Wyatt and a daughter named Sarrah. We live in Concord, NC. We moved here about three years ago to take care of my in-laws. Life is good and I thank God for it every day.
Workplace:
I homeschool our daughter. She is dyslexic and the schools were failing to provide for her needs so I yanked her out and and teaching her myself. She’s doing a fabulous job and I am loving teaching her. My number one job is the best job in the world though and that’s being a mom. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
