Ralph Logan:  

Life Since graduating from Forest Park,I attended Univ.Of Baltimore. I lost my student deferment and was drafted into the Army.I served in Vietnam in 1968. Upon returning I worked at allied chemical,Baltimore Dept, of Recreation and finally for the Division of Correction.I`ve worked at a number of facilities,moving up in rank until being appointed Warden of Eastern Correctional Inst. I returned to the city as Warden of the Baltimore City Detention Center. I am presently retired from state service and I am doing consulting on Correctional and community base iniatives within the Baltimore ,Washington area for THE URBAN FAMILY and the city of Washington ,DC.I am Married with 3 sons,and 3 grand kids and reside in Windsor Mill area of Baltimore County, Maryland.
