Ramon Robert(Bob) Dunivan:  

Attended San Angelo Junior College in the Fall of 1958 before serving in the United States Navy from March, 1959 to February 1963, attaining the rank of 2nd Class Petty Officer in the field of Sonar. He received his Bachelor of Science degree May, 1969, from Texas Technological College in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated with a major in Physical Education and minors in Mathematics and Special Education. In addition he has worked on two master¿s degrees, one in Physical Education at Texas Tech University, and one at the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Wellness and Fitness. Began his teaching career in August 1969 as a mathematics teacher and tennis coach at Dunbar High School in Lubbock. From 1969 to July 1974, he coached tennis, help direct high school tennis tournaments, and ran an eight week summer program teaching tennis at the school. In August 1974, he moved to Deer Park High School. He has been at Deer Park High School since August 1974 until his retirement in May 2001. During that time, Coach Dunivan has been the Head Tennis Coach and has directed high school tennis tournaments. Since 1974, he has directed a Summer Open Tournament and run a Summer tennis program.
