Workplace
For many years was looking for a career which would make me happy. I thought I had found that position in my current employment and to a great extent I have, but I enjoy when there is comradory with the work environment, when adults as such can go about without being treated as children. And unfourtunately this is not the place. All employees should be able to communicate and at times I personally have felt ostricized by those who are my superiors at least there occupational titles make them...Expand for more

Since I have had diverse experiences throughout the years,
from a bank teller, school crossing guard to being in full charge of a furniture store I have learned to communicate with everyone without having to but on airs' if you will. Communication within the work place should be encouraged considering as employee's we spend more time with our co-workers then with much of our own family.
