After Idaho Falls HS in 74, I graduated from Idaho State University in 78 with a B.A. and J.D. from Willamette University of Law in 1981. Received a Masters of Law (LL.M) from the Judge Advocte Generals School in Military Law in 81 and LL.M. from University of Missouri it 2005 in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). Married and Divorced (20 years) - Married and Divorced and Remarried (Okay - maybe not right in the head LOL). Feb 14, 1997 Kathy Woolf - 3 daughters 2 from my first marriage and one from her first marriage. Third time has been a charm. :) All the children are out of the house and doing well. two with their families and kids. One, focused on her career. Proud of all of them. I served as an Army Judge Advocate from August 1981 to Aug 2003, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. I provided legal assistance services, prosecuted and defended crime, provided administrative law services, served as a Special Assistant US Attorney, provided terrorism and counterterrorism services, and severed in several other areas of law.
