A Bit of Information About Me:
I enjoy traveling, being with my family, and spending time with my friends. I have four children. All my three boys are married and have children and my youngest which is my lovely daughter who resides in Buda. I have 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, whom I love very much. As for me, I am a teacher, was a District Tech and Campus Tech for LISD for several years. Now love what I do, I am the Technology Coordinator with the district where I reside. I hope to make a difference in this department.
I try to visit my friends in Alice on the weekends, it is always great to visit with those special friends from high school or to meet up with friends.
After my car accident in Sept. 2008 I now see things in a different perspective. Life is too short, so enjoy it and be happy everyday. I had a very close call, but am grateful that I was given a second chance to still be around to enjoy my family and I thank God everyday for this life.
At the present time I live in Hebbronville where I love to be. I have several great friends here whom I enjoy hanging out with.
School
The teachers that inspired me the most were M...Expand for more
rs. Garcia and Mr. Richardson. If I could do things all over again, I would go back to my senior year and take a different course in my life....My happiest days were being in high school and being a member of the band with peers that I enjoyed knowing and will always remember.....Craziest memories were those with my best friends, Z,B,G,H,J,B,R.......Only love is and will always be that one special person that I knew for a long time in high school......
College
I attended the University in Kingsville right after high school and then Laredo State University where I received a degree in Education. After that I went back to school and received my Technology Applications Certification. I am glad that I was able to acquire my degree and become independent to raise my family.
Workplace
I started as a teacher aide, legislative aide, purchase order clerk, secretary to a principal, teacher, educational consultant, district technology trainer, GED teacher, campus technology trainer, a classroom teacher, and presently the Technology Coordinator for JHCISD. It is great to work in an environment that I enjoy very much and where I hope to make an impact on technology.
