Ray's Story

Life After high school and college, I became a teacher for seven years in New Berlin. Then, after a two year search for who the hell I was, I went into the insurance industry in Milwaukee. Several transfers later I found myself and my family (one boy and one girl) in Clearwater Florida some 20 years ago. Today, I am still in Clearwater. I am a grandfather of three great little kids (one boy and two beautiful girls). My son (21) is still at home. The past years have been both good and bad, as is probably the case for those of you that read this. My son was injuried seriously in a fire about eight years ago. My daughter ran into some problems about the same time. That really bad period seems to be behind me. Today, I am still on the edge of the insurance bus...Expand for more
iness. I recently opened an international claims handling company with three partners. I am the President of the company. All that really means is that I have a few extra duties. Business is good and getting better. It seems that the "class clown" has become a responible business man. Who would have guessed. I don't look forward to retirement. In fact I have no intention of retiring. Work is a major part of my life and I truly enjoy it. I hope to do this for many more years. I hope all is well with who ever decides to catch up with my past fifty years. I do remember Fisher junior high and finally high school with fond memories. I hope you do as well. I can't say that I miss anyone. But I will say that I am pleased you were in my life at one point.
