Raymond's Story

Married wife (Jane) in 1991. Moved to Fairbanks, Alaska spring 1993. Jane and I welcomed twins in 2000 (one each). Worked in construction as field hand until 2006. Became estimator/project manager on commercial projects. Spent multiple years in management of a nonprofit organization. In 2013 stepped away from construction ...Expand for more
as equipment operator for the largest gold mine in Alaska (Fort Knox). I retired in 2019. Have spent my retired years fishing and traveling. Looking forward to Jane retiring from the school district as a principal in the next few months. From that time forward we don’t know what we will do beyond travel. Life is a journey.
