Raymond's Story
College
I received my Political Science degree from UTA in 1982. I went to law school but had to withdraw during my first semester. I went back in 1987 and earned a law degree from South Texas College of Law four years later.
Workplace
After being licensed to practice law on November 1, 1991. After 5 and 1/2 years in Houston I returned to Fort Worth. My office is located at 101 Summit Ave., Suite 403, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 and my phone number is 817-810-9344. I practice family law, wills and probate, criminal law and juvenile law. I also represent children and parents in CPS cases and parents accused of not paying child support. I love what I'm doing, and feel blessed to be a lawyer.

My spiritual walk lead me to become a Presbyterian (PCUSA) in 1992. I am a member of First Presbyterian Church Fort Worth, and am active at the Hemphill Street campus. I am a lay pastor in the Presbyterian church, and sometimes fill the pulpit at smaller churches when a minister is absent.
Since 1999 I have lived in the home in Meadowbrook where I was raised. This house was built in the early 1920s and had all of the problems of a home that old and none of the charm. It needed a lot of work, and in 2004 I was able to have that work done. It's the same size, but just about everything else is new.
My lifelong love of history remains with me. Doris Kearns Goodwin, David McCullough and Robert Caro are my favorite historians because of the way they make history come alive. I've spent many enjoyable hours reading their works.
