Raymond's Story

Life I've spent a number of years in the construction field. Now, because of injuries (it comes with age), I can no longer deal with that as an everyday event; thus causing me to return to school. I already have an AA, and I am striving toward getting a Bachelors degree within the next year-2 years. . For those of you that remember how I looked physically, I haven't changed much. I weigh 175 lbs. Every once in a while I'll pull out a grey hair. Speaking of hair, yes, I still have most of mine. I first moved out here in 69, lived with my mother, moved back to NM and TX to attend school, then moved back to CA permanently. My oldest brother passed away in 2011, then my mother passed away in 2012. I have a shady past: I've been to jail and yes it sucks, but I managed to pull myself out of the muck. I was ASU Political Affairs Commissioner on this Campus for two fiscal terms. I also am a member of Phi Theta Kappa. I would really love to know how some of my old classmates are doing, all of you. By the way, I haven't mentioned the fact that I have worked on many movies, tv series, commercials, etc. For a few years, I did this. I have been in movies such as: The Sixties, Collateral Damage, Like Mike, The End of Days, That Andy Kaufman movie with Jim Carrey (man on the moon), and another one he played in. I've worked with Jane Seymour, Carrey, been in one with Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin, Not another Teen Movie [Mr T and Jaime Pr...Expand for more
essley], Red Dragon, worked in tv shows such as: the practice, Philly, JAG, the division, any day now, NYPD Blue, Martial Law with Sammo Hung and Arsenio Hall, The Magnificent Seven/the series [a regular on that], Carnivale, Conrad Bloom, a Toys r us commercial, a coors commercial, a couple music videos, and a bunch of others that I don't even know the name of. Got my SAG vouchers, but never joined SAG. That's when I started going to school, and didn't want to divide my time that way. Love ya Ray AKA fingers School While growing up in Texas, I attended schools in El Paso, Kermit, & Wink. I also attended Jr. High in New Mexico. I loved sports: Wrestling, football, track and Swimming [I trained for the Jr. Olympics in the late sixties]. I was President of the Student Council my Senior Year [until I moved to Baltimore--Oh, and I lived in Maryland for a while]. Coach Martin was my English teacher during my Sophomore year at Kermit High. He was absolutely the BEST teacher ever. This man got ME interested in studying and reading and class participation. He was so inspirational! The man had a gift that all teachers and professors should have. I'll guarantee you that every student would succeed in life, if we had teachers like Coach Martin [football coach also]. Workplace I was in construction for a number of years: electrical, plbg, carpentry, etc. I am a substance abuse counselor, while continuing my education. That's good enough.

Must have been good s**t!
UFC 112: Belfort out/Maia in. Sonnen not ready in time. Marquardt already lost to both Silva and Sonnen, although he KO'd Maia. Maia showed another side of his game (Stand up)
We wish to thank everyone for their support during these trying times of ours. Jim is survived by his mother, Shigeko; siblings Robert, Roy, Lucille and Raymond; his niece Stefanie August 15, 2011
UFC157: Rousey vs Carmouche was all that and more!
That Main Event was one of the most anticipated bouts ever! The ladies did NOT disappoint. (Ronda earned all that PPV %).
Well, Oregon blew it against Wisconsin, but they are a good team, so there's no shame in losing to them, except Oregon wasn't supposed to. That leaves Stanford for sure in the Sweet Sixteen, and hopefully Arizona and UCLA
We emptied the trash today. Jim Hardball's 49'ers are gone; so are the Patriots!

What a gash!! Her right eyelid has a 1&1/2" gash across it. That'll teach Randa to swing at Jessica, eh?

Friday, March 27th: Lion Fights--The main event showed what sticking with a game plan can do; new Super Light Weight champ Yamata attacked Ross' left leg like a horny dog, til he managed a liver punch, which opened up his e
Uni-brow somehow looks very sexy on her. Well, I guess it could be the gun, too.
Ound this cute, friendly little dog the other night. She had stitches on her belly. We took her to the pound and had her scanned. Fortunately, she had a chip, so she was able to return home. Such a very lovable dog.
