To blow off steam....I put on a CD in my car, turn up the volume and jam out...usually, after a few minutes, I feed less stressed. I also enjoy making jewelry and drawing...its take consentration and helps me clear my mind.
When Im going to work, I need to have caffiene, tylenol, and patience to be able to deal with the day.

I am obsessed with the bengal and hoping for a better year. I also am a big brother fan...and most reality TV for that matter. Makes me feel less screwed up to see some of the people of TV...lol.
I am a social worker in a non-profit community mental health agency and am currently working on getting my masters degree in social work. I am a liberal, progressive democrat and Im hoping that Barack is our next president.
