Life
In many ways it feels like my life has come full circle. I went to California in the fall of 1985 and never made it to college as I'd planned that year. When I did finally start college a few years later, I dropped out to get married and have four babies.
I've finally discovered what my faith in God is really all about (not merely religion), in part through surviving while my marriage crumbled. Coming to grips with taking responsibility for my own life has been a long time coming.

my three boys (14, 13, and 12) and one girl (9), and have since the oldest was in first grade. Moving back to Soldotna was the best homeschool field trip we've taken, and we're still enjoying it!
We now live in Kenai, where we became a Habitat for Humanity family. It's been exciting to work with Habitat to build our new house, and to have a mortgage in my name without a husband (not that I'm a feminist or anti-man). I've survived a lot in my life, and finally feel stable and excited about the future.
