Rebekah's Story
I am still stuck in plain old Hobbs for the time being. After leaving Southern Heights I had to say goodbye to most of my friends. I attended Houston Jr. High and Hobbs High School. I graduated in 2000 and took a year off before going to NMJC. I got my Associates of Arts and my Early Childhood Education Certificate and have been working to get my Bachelors in that field. starting student teaching. I got married in May 2006 to my wonderful husband Michael. We have been together almost seven years. No kiddos and we plan on keeping it that way for awhile. We are looking at moving somewhere in northern NM so Mike can pursue a career in law enforcement. Currently I am going to school through online courses at ENMU and I work at Sanger Elementary as a Kindergarten Aid.
