Went back to school in my 30s.
BA from U of Manitoba in 1972 and MA from U of Victoria in 1983. Did most of my university programs as a part-time student. After 26 years in the RCAF and Canadian Forces, I took early retirement
and taught English for 20 years at North Island College ...Expand for more
in Courtenay, BC. I enjoyed teaching and also the years I spent as a navigator in the RCAF.
Still do a bit of writing and am going to write The Great Canadian novel one of these days!! Why did I study English? Blame Miss Lamont at Trail/Tadanac High who "opened the door" to English literature!
