Renee's Story
Life
Let me see, what have I been doing for the past 20 something years? Wow. haha I feel so old. After graduation from DCHS I attended Free Gospel Bible Institute for 3 years and graduated with a diploma in Biblical Theology and an Evangelical Teacher Training Association Certificate. I got married that same year in 89 after I turned 21 and moved permanantly to PA in a town called Greensburg. We moved a little here and there around town and yes I did become a Steelers fan! haha We used to live down the road from where they spring train every year. St. Vincent. During that span of 4 years I had three children. LOL Jessica in April of 90, Joshua in August of 91 and last but not least Bethany in October of 93.
My husband got a good job offer in Harrisburg, PA so we packed up and moved out there. We were able to work more in the church out there which was a blessing. I was strictly a stay at home mom and a sunday school teacher/song leader/ secretary. =) We lived out there till 99 and then I decided I wanted to come home back to Ohio so my hub...Expand for more

We came home in Feb of 99 and began attending a wonderful church called Faith Chapel that is located in Farmersville, Ohio. Michael and I both work in the church teaching, co-ordinating events..the list goes on but it's SUCH a blessing! In 2000 I decided to become an EMT-basic and in 2002 I went up to an EMT-Intermediate. I work on a local rescue squad and because we are paid volunteer I can stay at home with the kids when I'm not out on a run (call). I homeshcool all three children. They have attended public school in years past but for about 6 years total I have homeschooled.
In January of 2008 I finished my Paramedic class, passed my tests and I am now an EMT-Paramedic. I am also an ACLS (advanced cardiac life support), BLS (basic life support), First Aid and a Special Topics EMS Instructor. I'm also the 2nd LT. of the Rescue Squad that I work on.
Anyway, that is the jist of what I've been doing with myself. The Lord has been WONDERFUL and so MERCIFUL to us. Thanks for taking time to read about us. =)
