Rhonda's Story
Life
I went to work right after high school and has been doing that ever since in different types of employment. I guess you never know your true skills until you try a few different ones. I have mainly been employed in the factory/mill type of jobs. Getting to be alot harder now than when I was 19 years old, but--I can still hang in there.
Got to travel the US for about 5 months while helping my ex-boyfriend haul automobiles on his 18 wheeler. It was interesting, but no time to see the sights (saw lots of signs advertising them). I got to travel to 27 of the 50 states.
I am married to my 3rd husband (and YES- 3rd time is a charm). We met at the moulding mill we both work in- he romanced me by way of forklift. I have a 16 year old son by my 2nd marriage. He is my football player- and between me, my husband ...Expand for more
and my mom, he has a lot of support behind him. His name is Christopher Jay. I still love animals- I only have 3 dogs and 8 cats. My husband made me cut down on the 10 dogs and 16 cats I once had (OH-WELL).
My life changed alot when the good Lord decided to take my Dad to His home. He has been a major up bringing in my sons life. My Mom is still in the same house just down from the high school. She is still a regular every Friday night at home football games. She was excited when we moved back to Corning so she could watch Chris play his frosh year, but we bought a home in Oroville up by the lake in the Kelly Ridge Estates Community, so he will be playing for Las Plumas High School.
Looking forward to future homecomings, my husband just loves coming to them. Hope to hear from people.
