RHONDA HARVEY:  

After High School, I went on to further my education by attending Memorial University of Newfoundland where I studied Psychology from 1979 to 1981. I took a break from studies and had a family, 4 children to be exact. After that I attended Algonquin College, at Ottawa, Ontario and studied Early Childhood Education with Honours I was in the graduating Class of 1999, having studied from 1997 to1999 at Algonquin. From 2000 to 2005, I studied Child & Family Studies with Honours at Carleton University also in Ottawa, Ontario. I am/was an Early Childhood Educator and worked with SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS before becoming disabled/retired. I am 52 and happily married for 33 years. I have 4 adult kids ( 1 son MATT 32,has a infant daughter GEMMA. I also have 3 daughters, JENNIFER 30, has a 9 year old daughter, ALEXA. GILLIAN, 29 has 2 sons, DALLAS is 8 years old and CHASE is 6 years old. TESSA is 26 and she has a 4 year old daughter, VIOLET. In total I have 4 children and they have 8 grandchildren between them. Jennifer has 3 step-children AINSLEY 19 lives at THE UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO, JAKE, 16 and MAGEAN 14 are in HIGH SCHOOL. In OCTOBER 25th 2007, I came down with a deadly abdominal infection. Doctors did surgery and found an infection underneath my pancreas. THEY PUT ME ON ANITBIOTICS AND HOPED FOR THE BEST.
