Ria's Story
I went to Anwatin Jr. High, then on to Southwest High, went to school for a few months in Mission SD at Todd Country High School. Around 92-93 I began school at Heart of the Earth where I then graduated from.
After high school I traveled to Albuquerque NM where I went to school at Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (S.I.P.I.) I graduated from...Expand for more

I met my first husband there and we had 2 children together. By 2006 I had 2 more children. As of now I am a stay at home mother anxiously awaiting for the day that I can go back to work. I miss Minneapolis and can't wait for the day that I can go back for a visit, however I don't think that I will reside there again anytime soon.
